One of my favorite tv series today is "The Big Bang Theory". It is a situation comedy about two male genius scientists in their twenties, one an experimental physicist (Leonard) and the other a theoretical physicist (Sheldon). They both work work at Caltech and live across the hall from a blonde waitress named Penny.Leonard and Sheldon's geekiness and intellect are contrasted with Penny's social skills and common sense for comedic effect. Two equally geeky friends of theirs, Howard and Rajesh, are also main characters.

I love the Big Bang Theory. The show is awesome from the outset. The themetune always gets me excited before the show even starts!
I've heard of this but haven't watch any of the episodes....will try.
