My Union Bank Eon Card Application

Finally I got my Union Bank Eon Card last week and once I got back home I will going to do the next steps needed to verify my paypal account. I applied for a Union Bank Eon Card last December and the lady who assisted me told me that they will send me a snail me about my Union Bank Eon Card application.

I received a letter from Union Bank welcoming me to their services but didnt mentioned anything about my Union Bank Eon Card application so I thought that I will receive another mail from them. February came and I didnt received any mail again from Union Bank about my Union Bank Eon Card application so I decided to email their customer support and ask them if the letter I received before was the letter that the lady was talking about and if my Union Bank Eon Card is already available so I can go to Union Bank and pick up my Union Bank Eon Card or should should wait for a new mail from them. I've emailed them twice already but no one assisted me on my concerns. Luckily my cousin volunteered to drive me to Union Bank so I can check if my Union Bank Eon Card is already available.

The lady was nice enough to assist me and informed me that I'm lucky because my card was still there. Aparently, they usually dispose of unclaimed cards after two months or so... I told her that I wasnt sure if my Union Bank Eon Card is already available since the letter I received from them didnt mentioned anything about it. To make this long story short, she gave me my card and asked me to fill out some forms and checked my ID's. She's even nice enough to answer some of my questions about Union Bank Eon Card.

I deposited some money to the card and will try to use it for the first time later today to purchase some stuff i need...
