My “The Fat Belly Project” experience.


The Fat Belly Project restaurant is a family-owned restaurant that specializes in comfort food for the whole family. This restaurant has now available in different locations and I think it is currently expanding to have more. The Fat Belly Project restaurant's menu consists of dishes like chicken and rice, beef and rice, fried chicken, fried pork, and an American-style buffet.

Many businesses have come to realize the importance of customer service as it is seen as the pathway that leads to high revenue and high-profit margins. With a well-trained and knowledgeable customer service team, any business can increase its revenue, profit margins, and overall customer satisfaction. And when people make it known that they're unsatisfied with their experience, a company must take the necessary steps to offer an improved service.

This is not your average tourist trap. The Fat Belly Project restaurant in Baguio is, in fact, the worst restaurant that I have visited in the Baguio, Philippines. We booked earlier and informed the waiters that we will go back to the restaurant around lunchtime. We arrived around 12:30 pm and waited for an hour before they serve our orders. In addition, the service here is terrible. The staff members are rude and dismissive of their guests, and they are unwilling to help anyone to find a solution for their hunger pangs. The Fat Belly Project restaurant should be avoided by everyone who cares about good food, good service, and a clean environment - this place has it all: bad service and bad food. It's not often that I leave a review, but this bad experience is worth it. The food was very bad, and the manager never came to apologize and just hides inside the kitchen.
