The website collects public posts from different sources, mostly from facebook and twitter, and post them online. What's worst i think is that they are posting people's real names or ids and their thumbnail! Which can help people identify who you are! So if you posted something about drugs, your work, or about your new phone and didnt make your post private then i bet you can find your post included somewhere in that website.
